330 Hudson Street, NYC

330 Hudson Street – In the heart of Soho, we helped convert an aging 1910 6 story manufacturing building into a 14 story post-modern skyscraper consisting of retail and office space for today’s progressive clients.

Our work included pouring 8 - 25,000sf reinforced concrete slabs on metal deck; the installation of hundreds of square feet of concrete masonry core walls; the installation of reinforced concrete columns and walls; the reinforcing of existing tall concrete columns; the pouring of lightweight concrete topping slabs; and the pouring of concrete pads for electrical and mechanical equipment.

What made this project extremely challenging was the expansive floor heights and amount of shoring that had to be done to the existing structure to perform our work. In the end, all of the work was performed perfectly, safely, on time and on budget ...all to the great satisfaction of both the Building Owner and Construction Manager.
